activities take the title Opportunities for Calligraphy Digitization which are
divided into two sessions, the first session regarding 2-dimensional digital
Calligraphy Presentation and tutorial practice by PkM Lecturers & students
in designing and creating (creating) digital calligraphy using the Photoshop
application facilitated by M.Yusuf, M.S.I along with the team, Mutamassikin,
M.Kom, Mhd Theo Ari Bangsa, M.Cs, along with a semester III student representative on behalf of Dian Ayu Puspitasari
The
second session was presentation of 3-dimensional
(3D) digital calligraphy material starting from an ontology definition,
3-dimensional calligraphy elements, types of applications for making
3-dimensional calligraphy and how to apply 3d calligraphy to architecture as
well as examples of digital calligraphy output. The presentation and
application of 3D digital calligraphy was facilitated by Saldi Yulistian, M.Ars
and the team Albet Triadi, M.Kom, Bastomi Baharsyah, M.Kom, Nelwi Guswarni,
M.Kom, along with a semester III student representative on behalf of Windi Gusriani

On this PkM opportunity the Head of the Information Systems Study Program, Dr. Try Susanti, M.Si urges and appreciates the PkM activities with PP Ass'ad Santri to continue continuously so that the Information Systems Study Program can become a partner for PP Ass'ad in finding and developing the talents of students with specialization in khot/calligraphy. This was welcomed by the leadership represented by Ust Safaruddin, LC, Ust Dr. Fadli, M.Pd.I and all ustadz/ustdzah PP Ass'ad Jambi City.
